Terms of Use
Welcome to Super File Tools. These terms explain your rights, responsibilities, and limits when you use the service.
Last updated:2026-09-28
This website is operated by the Super File Tools operator (referred to as "we").By accessing or using any feature of this website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Description of the service
Super File Tools provides online file processing, image/PDF/utility tools, and code and text tools. The tools actually available are those shown on the website.
We may add, change, suspend, or retire tools and features at any time without further notice. We also do not guarantee that every tool produces identical results across all browsers, devices, or files.
2. Your responsibilities
You agree not to use the service to:
- break the laws or regulations applicable in your region;
- infringe another person's copyright, trademark, patent, or other legitimate rights;
- process content you have no right to process, or that is obtained unlawfully;
- produce or distribute fraudulent, false, misleading, or harmful content;
- crawl, mirror, attack, load-test, or reverse-engineer this website for improper purposes;
- redistribute this website as a whole, or its core features, as your own service.
Please note that we have not deployed an automated content moderation system, so you remain primarily responsible for the content you upload, enter, or process.
3. Files and content
You must make sure you have the legal right to use, or have obtained the necessary permission for, any content you process with the service. Where processing happens locally in your browser, file content is generally not uploaded to our servers, and we do not acquire any ownership of your files.
For features that require server-side processing, the handling method is described on that feature's own page. In all cases we recommend that you:
- avoid processing state secrets, highly sensitive personal information, or other specially protected data;
- keep a backup of the original file before processing it;
- verify for yourself that the converted or processed result meets your needs.
4. Service availability
The service is provided "as is". We may suspend, interrupt, or adjust it at any time for maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, or other reasons, without prior notice.
We make no commitment to any specific availability target (such as an SLA), and we do not guarantee that results will be accurate, complete, or usable in every situation.
5. Free now, paid features possible later
The features currently open on this website are those shown on the site itself. No paid subscription, membership, or top-up system is enabled at this time.
In future we may add paid features, membership, or value-added services. If we do, we will clearly display the price, rules, and scope before any purchase or subscription, and you decide for yourself whether to use them.
6. Open-source components
This website is built on multiple open-source software components, including but not limited to FFmpeg, pdf-lib, pdf.js, and JSZip. Those components remain subject to their own licences, and the related intellectual property belongs to their respective authors or rights holders.
These terms do not override the licences of any open-source component. We respect open-source contributions and keep the original project LICENSE files.
7. Disclaimer
The service and its output are provided for general reference and use only, and do not constitute professional legal, tax, financial, medical, or technical advice. Results may vary depending on file format, browser, device, third-party components, or the condition of the input file itself.
Before relying on any output for an important purpose, please check it yourself and keep a backup of the original file. Our liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service is limited as permitted by applicable law.
8. Changes to these terms
As features change or legal requirements are updated, we may revise these Terms of Use. The updated terms will be published on this page and the "Last updated" date at the top of the page will be updated at the same time. Continuing to use the service means you accept the revised terms.
9. Governing law and disputes
The governing law and dispute resolution method will be further specified once the formal commercial operating entity and the main service region are confirmed.
(Note: before formal commercial launch, this clause must be reviewed and completed against the real operating entity, the server deployment location, and the target user regions.)
10. Contact
If you have any questions about these Terms of Use, a contact address will be published before commercial operations begin.
These terms only describe the rules of use at the current stage and do not constitute formal legal advice.
